Emmanuel Educare, our ECD Centre, serves over 180 children (ages 3–6) across six classrooms, each with a teacher and assistant nurturing young minds. Around 90% of learners come from Westlake Village, with others from Pollsmoor and nearby communities. With eight languages spoken and diverse cultures and faiths represented, it’s a daily celebration of richness in diversity.
Each child receives three nutritious meals a day – more than 9,400 meals each month.
The Safe Study Space offers learners a quiet, supportive environment for homework and projects, with free tutoring for matriculants during exam season. Open five days a week, it provides unlimited internet access, benefitting both students and adults.
We also prepare youth for the future through programmes like Job Journey (work readiness for school leavers) and our Computer Lab, where up to 12 students learn coding, computer literacy, robotics, and more. These opportunities equip young people with the tools to grow, dream, and succeed.
The Children’s Library welcomes pre-school groups for multilingual story times, early learning activities, and joyful discovery through books. Children are encouraged and allowed to take books home.
