Future Plans

A Care Centre will be needed in Westlake for vulnerable children who require accommodation in an emergency crisis situation, as well as orphans in the near future. Funds will be needed for the purchase of a house, as well as the running costs of such a venture.

As there is no school in Westlake, there is an enormous problem with children not being able to find transport to schools in the surrounding area. As a result, many children do not attend school at all. The WUCT would like to assist with the setting up of a primary school in Westlake village in the not too distant future.

Plans have been drawn up for the renovations of the commando hall and the WUCT would like to start the building alterations as soon as funds have been raised for this purpose.
