Flooding in Westlake Village

Westlake United Church Trust (WUCT) assisted the community by ordering one ton of sand which was put into sandbags to keep the water from coming into their shacks from the ground up, also for the roofs to keep the plastic down. 200 Hand made blankets for our pre-School children

On Sunday 26th May at the 10h.00 service, Tokai Methodist Church handed over 200 hand knitted blankets to members of Westlake United Church Trust. The blankets were made by a group of ladies for the Emmanuel Educare children. Thank you very much to TMC for your wonderful initiative, truly a case of “love made visible.”
